Hometrack, the residential property market specialist, have been announced as an ESTAS Partner for 2016.
The ESTAS is a national award scheme which recognises the best agents, brokers, conveyancers, homebuilders and suppliers in the residential property industry based on research conducted through customers around the UK. The awards rate firms on the quality of customer service they provide to their clients during the transactional process. This year over 30,000 customers took part.
Charlie Bryant CEO at Hometrack said “We are delighted to be on board as an ESTA Partner for the first time this year. Just as the Estas is the leading award platform across the property sector, Hometrack is the leading market intelligence provider to businesses across the residential property industry. Our market-leading services and accurate insight help businesses make more informed decisions and identify areas of risk and opportunity in residential property.”
Simon Brown, Founder of The ESTAS Group said “We’re delighted to have Hometrack onboard as one of our partners for 2016. ESTA Partners are not just sponsors providing financial support, they believe in our philosophy that the best way to judge the performance of any firm involved in the property sector is to ask the people who have experienced their services – the customers. Our partners also strive to provide the best possible service to their client base and continually improve the range of products they offer the industry. I would like to personally thanks Charlie and his team for their support.”
The headline sponsor for next year’s awards will once again be Zoopla Property Group.
The 13th annual ESTAS ceremony takes place on 15th April next year and will be hosted by Phil Spencer the TV Property Expert and Zoopla ambassador. Spencer said “I think it says a great deal about a firm who takes part in The ESTAS. They care about their reputation, they care about their customers and they care about their business. It’s their extraordinary enthusiasm for what they do which has shaped the ESTAS over the years. Taking part sets companies apart from their competitors. It sends a clear message that they are passionate about customer service, prepared to go that extra mile for their clients and keen to listen to feedback”.
