Our candidate interview process

The Hometrack interview process is typically structured to ensure a rigorous assessment while providing a positive candidate experience. While exact formats may vary by role (e.g., Engineering vs. Senior Leadership), candidates can generally expect the following steps:

  1. Application and shortlisting
  2. Talent Acquisition Call
    A 20-30 minute call where the talent team assesses candidate motivations and high-level fit to the agreed role brief. The call covers suitability, availability, salary, location, and talking the candidate through the process.
  3. Intro Interview with hiring manager
    A 30-45 minute video call which includes a deeper chat about the candidate’s career background and how it aligns with the role.
  4. Task Stage / Technical or Competency Interview
    A 60-90 minute face-to-face interview in our Tower Bridge office to assess role-specific skills. This may vary role to role.
  5. Final Interview
    A 30-60 minute video interview with our People Director and/or other senior members of our leadership team.
